How this site handles your data, in plain terms. This website is a set of static pages. There is nothing to log into, and we have tried to keep what it touches as small as it can reasonably be.

No accounts and no passwords. There is nothing on this site to sign in to.
No cookies. The site sets none.
No analytics and no tracking. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not load JavaScript from anyone else.
No payment information. We never ask for card or bank details through this site.
The Readiness Fit Check and The Twenty Questions run entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Nothing is stored. The only way your answers ever reach us is an email you write and send yourself.
One form exists, an internal knowledge check for TRANUSA staff and people we are bringing up to speed. It records a name, an email address and a quiz result. It is not a marketing form and it is not linked from anywhere on this site.

2. Information We Collect

Contact Information: Name, company name, job title, email address, and phone number, where you send them to us by email, book a call, or complete the internal knowledge check on this site.
Server Request Logs: Our hosting provider records standard web server request data: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not operate analytics or tracking tools on this website, and we do not build visitor profiles from these logs.
Communications: Content of emails, messages, or inquiries you send to us.
Business Information: Details about your organization's DoD contract relationships, CMMC posture, and compliance needs, only when voluntarily provided for the purpose of obtaining a quote or assessment.

We do not collect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified data, or sensitive government contract data through this website.

Netlify hosts this website and processes submissions from the knowledge check form, including the notification email it sends to us.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses. Requesting a font discloses your IP address to Google, as any request to any server discloses it to that server. No other data is shared and no tracking script is loaded.
Calendly is used for booking calls. It is a link, not an embedded widget: nothing from Calendly runs on this site, and it receives nothing about you unless you choose to follow that link and book.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with NIST SP 800-171 principles to protect information submitted through this website. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind, and it loads no JavaScript from any third party.

The site does store two small flags in your browser’s local storage, recording only that you have already been shown the introduction video and the readiness fit check, so that you are not shown them again. These hold no personal information, are never transmitted anywhere, and clearing your browsing data removes them.
