Terms governing use of the TRANUSA, LLC website, including intellectual property, export compliance and limitation of liability.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TRANUSA, LLC website located at tranusa.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospects, clients, and others who access or use the Site.
2. Description of Services
TRANUSA, LLC provides Managed Security Services, CMMC Level 2 consulting, IT advisory, and compliance assessment services to Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors and subcontractors. Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Engagement of services is governed by separate written agreements.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws. You may not: violate any applicable law; attempt unauthorized access to any site systems; transmit malicious code; scrape or harvest data without written consent; impersonate TRANUSA; or transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRANUSA, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Total liability for any claims shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRANUSA, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
8. Export Compliance
The Site and our services are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You agree not to access or use the Site or our services in violation of applicable export control laws.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
10. Modifications to Terms
TRANUSA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
